Business Link offer a separate website where, as a supplier, you can subscribe to high and low value contract notices in your local area free of charge.
Ugrades for tenders/contracts alerts in your region or country are available for a fee.

Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) (formally known as the OJEC)
This is a gateway to tenders/contract notices in the European Community. New contracts are published daily along with prior information notices of contracts which are due to be published in the near future.
On visiting www.ojec.com, you will be given the choice of viewing contracts of publishing a contract.
To view contracts, click on 'take me to Tenders Direct'
This is a portal which allows you to subscribe to email alerts of all contract notices and tenders opportunities. The alert service is not free, but you can search through lists of contracts for free.
There is a choice of sector on the right hand side of the page. You will find Learning & Development notices under Training, Recruitment, Management and Consultancy.

Tenders Electronic Daily (TED)
Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union
Similar to Tenders Direct, Tenders Electronic Daily (TED), allows you to search for all new contracts posted on the Official Journal of the European Union as well as search for older notices.
It is available in 23 different languages and is update daily.
You can specify you search criteria by using the menu on the left of the screen.
By entering CPV codes into your search criteria, this helps filter out contracts which may not be of interest to you.
Alternatively, you can select the country you wish to view contracts for e.g. United Kingdom and view all contract notices posted for that day. You are given a summary of what the contract is about along with the deadline for application. By clicking on the contract summary, you are then given more details including contact information.
