The British Institute for Learning and Development (BILD) Quality Mark provides a structured and systematic approach to drive quality improvement in the development, provision and use of learning solutions.
A major strength of the Quality Mark is a framework which brings the benefit of a robust, objective and internationally recognised model of excellence to quality in learning and development.
The Quality Mark reviews your organisation through the key aspects that impact on quality. These include the organisation and management systems in place and the resources and processes that underpin the delivery of learning solutions.
The BILD Quality Mark builds on and extends existing systems of quality assurance offering opportunities to benchmark existing practice in learning and development and recognition of achievement and commitment to quality.
Steps to the Quality Mark
We recognise that learning and development is a busy profession. Therefore, our Quality Mark approval process is stepped, allowing your organisation to progress at it’s own pace using a clearly structured approach.
Interim awards are made at two distinct levels marking progression towards achievement of the Quality Mark at Gold standard.
