Current Fellows of the BILD (FBILD)

The award of the Fellow (FBILD) membership level is the highest and most prestigious grade of membership at the Institute. For an individual to attain FBILD, they must have completed a level 5 or alternative qualification in a learning and development relevant area, as well as have over 5 years experience in a senior learning and development role. In return for the award of this prestigious grade, the Institute encourages Fellows to submit articles, case studies and reviews to our Connect Magazine Online, contribute and share best practice in the Members area of the BILD website, as well as input into the planning of our member events and special interest groups throughout the duration of membership.
