The 4th Pan-African Conference on ICT for Development, Education and Training will be taking place from May 27 - 29, 2009 in Dakar, Senegal. The conference and accompanying exhibition are under the patronage of the Senegalese President, Hon. Mr. Abdoulaye Wade.

The 2008 conference attracted 1.502 participants; with over 80% coming from Africa and a total of 83 represented countries.
