11.00     Accelerated Learning in Co-operative Food Retail
In this presentation Sue Stoneman, of NKD Learning, will describe how Accelerated Learning has been successfully applied to the food retail store manager programme at the Co-operative.

A brief report on recent innovations and news from the BILD.

12.00     Introduction to Accelerated Learning
In this session Kimberley Hare, of Kaizen Training, will introduce the concept in a fun, fast overview of brain-friendly learning and set the scene for the afternoon sessions. The methods are a blend of NLP, emotional intelligence and Flow, Kimberley Hare is a pioneering visionary for change and learning. She is a regular keynote speaker at conferences all over the world and was recently named as one of six world leaders in Accelerated Learning by the Society of Effective and Affective Learning (SEAL).

13.30     Accelerated Learning
In the afternoon session, Kimberley Hare will further explore aspects of Accelerated Learning. Topics covered will include: the latest brain research and its implications for trainers and designers, experience multi-sensory activities, how to engage the most appropriate memory pathways, how to create an optimum learning environment – high challenge and low stress.
