Work based learning is becoming increasingly commonplace as employers and individuals realise the benefits of plugging skills gaps with enhanced training in the workplace. Academics, skills councils, businesses and organisations providing training need to work closely together to ensure that learners have the best possible experience and actively engage in the material to gain and retain knowledge. Engagement in Learning will help you clarify the role you have to play in engaging learners and help you update your skills to take back to your organisation. With a mixture of both theory and practical examples you are guaranteed to learn how you can make an impact in your workplace and anticipate future developments in the topic.
