Educational Sustainable Development

ESD Forum

28th April 2008

BERR Conference Centre, 1 Victoria Street, London, SW1 0ET

A wide range of UK organisations have considerable expertise in Educational Sustainable Development (ESD). Many of these stakeholders have a long history of working internationally, others are new to international work, and some are looking at this area of work for the first time. The scope of activity undertaken overseas is broad and includes research, consultancy, training, the sale of teaching resources and the delivery sustainable development and environmental programmes. The ESD Forum is sponsored by UK Trade & Investment the Government body that supports and helps organisations to develop their business overseas. The ESD Forum, the first of its kind, will bring together these organisations, and others, in a lively and stimulating environment to talk about their experiences in international ESD work, with the aim of helping delegates identify ways of developing their share of the growing international market for ESD products and services.
